"Helpful training, though I still got confused sometimes"
I used Shiprocket’s training videos and help articles when I was setting up my shipping, some of it did help me get started. The basic guides were useful for figuring out where things are and how the main features work, though I did get a little mixed up at times about whether certain steps were from an older version or the current setup.
A few topics felt outdated or not explained in a very simple way, so I ended up contacting support and even checking YouTube to understand things properly. It’s decent for beginners, but I think they should refresh the knowledge resources more often, especially when the dashboard or process changes.

"Lost parcel claim finally sorted"
My parcel went missing, so I filed a claim and made sure to keep all the tracking info and messages just in case. It took a bit of back and forth, but the claim was eventually settled. Glad it’s resolved now.

"Pretty easy for making shipping labels"
I mostly use shiprocket for generating labels and shipping documents, and it does the job well 🙂 It saves me time on daily orders, and the labels usually download quickly. Sometimes the address formatting looks a little weird, but it’s not a major problem. Overall, it’s been useful for my regular shipping work 👍

I found the dashboard confusing, and it takes me longer than I’d like to book orders. If you’re new to it, I’d suggest giving yourself some extra time to figure things out before you need to process anything quickly.

I mostly use shiprocket for sending small parcels, the carrier recommendation has been more helpful than I expected. Earlier I would just choose a courier based on habit, but then a few shipments got delayed, so I started wondering if I was picking the wrong ones, you know?
Now I usually go with the suggested carrier, and most of my orders are reaching customers on time. It’s not perfect every single time, of course, but it has definitely reduced the guesswork for me. I feel like others must be noticing this too, right?

I’ve been using Shiprocket for COD orders, and the remittance has been accurate so far. The amounts literally match my sheet, and I haven’t noticed any weird deductions till now. It makes tracking payments a bit less of a headache.

I use this almost every day for bulk shipping, and it’s made the whole process a lot easier for me. It took me a minute to get used to a couple of things, but nothing major at all. Overall, it handles bigger orders really smoothly and saves me a good bit of time.

"Surprisingly Decent Tracking"
I used Shiprocket for a few orders, i was expecting the usual headache with delayed or useless tracking updates. But to my surprise, the updates were actually on time. I could see when the parcel moved, reached the hub, and went out for delivery, so I didn’t have to keep bothering the seller for updates. The estimated delivery date was correct for my orders too, which is rare these days. Nothing fancy, but it worked properly, and that’s more than I can say for a lot of delivery tracking experiences.

I can manage orders easily most of the time, but the syncing and status updates can be a bit slow. Because of that, I end up waiting or clicking around more than I’d like. Overall it works fine, it just needs fewer steps to feel smoother...

I went in expecting the usual onboarding drama, endless calls, confusing steps, and documents going into some black hole. But signing up on shiprocket was way smoother than I thought. The account setup barely gave me any trouble, and the KYC was quick too. I just uploaded the required docs, waited a bit, and it was done. No stressful back-and-forth or long explanations needed. For a first experience, it was a solid one

"Dashboard is decent, but kinda slow sometimes"
I’ve been using shiprocket.in for a bit and it’s okay for day to day stuff. Most of the time I can check orders and shipments without any big issue, but the dashboard does get slow randomly, specially when I’m trying to move through pages fast.
It does the basic job and I’m able to manage my shipping work, so I won’t say it’s bad. But when order volume is a little higher, the lag and small glitches get irritating. Just needs better speed and more stable performence

"Decent shipping, but returns feel frustrating"
I’ve been using Shiprocket for a few months now, and the regular shipping part has mostly been okay. The problem starts with returns and RTOs. Some returns get updated properly, but others take extra days, and I end up checking the dashboard again and again without any clear idea of what’s happening. Support does respond, but many times it feels like I’m just another ticket number instead of someone actually trying to solve the issue. The RTO charges are also confusing sometimes. Overall, it’s not the worst service, but they really need to make return tracking and charges simpler and more transparent for sellers.

Just sharing this in case anyone is nervous about shipping abroad with shiprocket. I sent an order internationally and, it went smoothly. The tracking was easy to follow, and the delivery happened on time. I didn’t run into any major issues, but I’d still say keep an eye on the tracking updates regularly, just to be safe.

I recharged my Shiprocket wallet and, for a few moments, it felt like the fate of my shipment universe was hanging in the balance. The payment itself went through smoothly on UPI, no major drama there. The amount didn’t show up instantly, but it got added after a few minutes, so all was well in the end. The only tense bit was the page taking a little while to refresh after payment. Overall, it was a good experience, just with a small pause for suspense. Giving it 4 stars

I connected my Shopify store with Shiprocket, and it’s been smooth for the most part. Compared to how I was managing orders earlier, this saves me a lot of time since the orders sync quickly and tracking updates happen without me having to do much. I did face one small issue where a few orders took longer to show up, but support helped after a bit of follow-up. Overall, it’s been useful for my small ecommerce store
